Trafalgar Wood, College Valley, Northumberland

Planted in 2005 to commemorate the part played by Admiral Collingwood in the battle of Trafalgar. The trees are planted on the opposite side of the road from the Collingwood oaks.

Between White hill and the road out of the Valley you get beautiful views north as well southwards up and along the College Valley.

From here you have a choice of going up towards Elsdonburn or indeed carrying on into Hethpool itself.
